PhotoEQ is a good image editing and enhancement option which allows you to manipulate or edit a single or multiple images and supports different image and raw formats.
The program is very functional; you can add an image or images by dragging and dropping them into its initial window which looks very basic but once you have loaded the images its window turns into a full image editor.
When you select an image, the program shows both the original and edited images side by side, and at the bottom of its main window you can select one of its tool panels, which are shown independently and can be hidden to view the images closer. Among its main tools, you can find color correction, rotation, resizing, cropping, sharpening, de-noising, and red-eye fixing.
The program can be fully operated with the mouse and includes some special buttons to reset or lock the current adjustments. Besides, you can use many keyboard shortcuts to save some clicks, and once you have finished editing your images, you can select one of the supported formats and batch save all the edited images.
The program's features I liked the most are: the automatic color correction, which automatically fixes the color balance, exposure, and contrast problems encountered on the images; and the magnifier tool which allows you to zoom, navigate, and show the pixel position and RGB values for both the original and edited images.
To conclude, I could say that this program is a good option because of its functionality and price, which is the average price of the most common image editors.
